Is the license locked to one device?
Yes — one license key is locked to the device it's first activated on. To transfer to a new phone, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll reset it for you.
Is my data safe if I clear my browser?
Data is stored in your device's local storage. Avoid clearing browser site data for SalonTrack to keep your records safe.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation needed. SalonTrack runs in your browser. On mobile, add it to your home screen for a full-screen app experience.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro later?
Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp anytime and we'll upgrade your key. Your existing data is not affected.
How do I pay?
We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and credit/debit card via Stripe. After payment, your license key is sent via WhatsApp the same day.
